Description
The refurbishment of the existing Grade I Listed Civic Block, including improvements to the Council Chamber, Lord Mayor’s Meeting Room, George Hall and Committee Rooms.
These works included re-decoration of existing feature ceilings and panelling, refinishing of parquet flooring and wood panelling, extensive upgrading of the heating, ventilation, lighting, power and IT systems.
Externally the cleaning and sealing of external elevations including the Clocktower and the replacement of rooflights and re-roofing.
