Refurbishment of the existing elderly residential block to enhance the spatial standards and the general living conditions in order to provide upgraded general needs & wheelchair friendly accessible flats with improved communal facilities at Sandown Court. This is being delivered in 3 phases, within a live and working care home around the residents and staff. Our Site Manager, Nigel Latham has brought his wealth of construction experience and expertise to this project, has motivated and managed the team to achieve objectives, produced daily and weekly work programmes for operatives and sub contractor, managed tasks and situations to ensure projects are completed to the key objectives, managed our key supply chain effectively and established an excellent working relationship with client.
