Terry Edwards - Managing Director

Terry is a qualified tradesman who has progressed his career up through the managerial ranks and is now the Managing Director of our business and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building.

In his years in the construction industry Terry has been associated with the build of many landmark projects, the Scarlets and Gwent Dragons rugby Stadiums, the Cardiff City Football Stadium and the Vision 2000 Butlin’s project to name but a few. One of his more challenging projects was the Minehead Butlin’s redevelopment, a £17m project completed in 20 weeks and the design and build of the £24m Parc Y Scarlets Stadium project which was delivered 8 weeks ahead of programme and within a 40 week contract period.

Pontypridd born and having played rugby union from junior to senior level, Terry is now an armchair critic of the sport and analyses the stats like every other middle aged Welsh sportsman.

When not watching rugby or networking or marketing in the construction business circles Terry enjoys spending time with his family. Terry also enjoys travelling the world and looking out for the next exotic white sandy beach and / or majestic corals of the world, where snorkelling is now his much loved hobby, one caveat being that the water cannot be any deeper than 4m.
