Project Progress Update – Dan Y Deri Complex Behaviour Unit, Swansea.

We are pleased to share that we are now on site and works are progressing well at the new Dan Y Deri Complex Behaviour Unit development in Morriston, Swansea, on behalf of Swansea Bay University Health Board.

This important healthcare project involves the demolition of the existing facility and the construction of a new purpose-built learning disability residential unit, designed to provide a modern, safe and supportive environment for residents and care teams.

The completed development will feature a high-quality brick, timber and cladding façade, aluminium glazing systems, renewable energy technologies, enhanced security measures, and extensive hard and soft landscaping.

It's great to see this project moving forward and we're looking forward to supporting the team as construction progresses over the coming months.
