Description
Conservation repairs on a Grade I Listed Building and Scheduled Ancient Monument.
The project comprises of conservation repairs to the kitchen, well towers & chimneys. Masonry repointing and minor repairs to slate roof as well as repairs & decoration to windows, shutters, fascias & soffits, ensuring the historic fabric of the building is carefully preserved.
Phase 1 - Will cover advanced works and the urgent removal of cementitious mortar to the external of the well tower.
Phase 2 - Will cover the well towers and chimneys and further masonry work.
