The Restoration and Refurbishment of The Lab Building

Description

Work on the Grade II Laboratory Building will include stabilising the building, sensitively refurbishing it, and making it watertight and usable. There'll be a new Welsh slate roof, new external doors and windows, a terrace and level access to the building making it accessible to all.
