Description
This project includes minor modifications to the existing lobby to create a main reception area, refurbishment of an existing toilet, and construction of a new disabled-accessible toilet. Refurbishment of two SDEC areas, upgrades to existing MEP systems, fire compartmentation works, and general refurbishment including painting, Altro Whiterock wall finishes, new floor finishes, installation of reception desks, suspended ceilings, drylining, and fitting of curtain tracks and blinds.
