Description
The refurbishment of the existing Grade I Listed Brangwyn Hall and adjacent rooms including the cleaning and restoration of internal stonework, re-finishing of both timber and Travertine floors, re-decoration of existing feature ceilings and panelling, construction and fit-out of a bar, changing rooms and orchestra practice rooms.
Extensive upgrading of the heating, ventilation, lighting, power, IT and AV systems, together with the provision of a stage lift and access facilities to ensure full DDA compliance.
Externally the cleaning and sealing of external elevations, re-roofing and in the installation of bronze Art Deco style balustrade.
