Rob Griffiths - Financial Director

Rob joined John Weaver (Contractors) Ltd from private practice in 1994 following his qualification as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, becoming a Director in 2005. A native of Gower he was educated at Gowerton Comprehensive and the then Polytechnic of Wales and has been instrumental in the Company’s development from a small local builder to its’ current status as one of the pre-eminent Construction Companies of South Wales.

A former rugby player, representing Wales as a schoolboy, he is now a sometime golfer who primarily enjoys cycling having ridden several fundraising events most notably Paris to Swansea in aid of Maggies cancer charity.

Married to Adele, Rob is currently recovering from open-wallet surgery after the extended University studies of his two daughters. When time allows, he and Adele like to escape to Crete where they have an idyllic family villa.
