Ceri Best - Commercial Director

Ceri has been part of the John Weaver commercial team since May 2009 and has enjoyed working on many challenging and complex projects, ranging from new builds, refurbishment schemes and conservation works. He has a vast experience working on projects with extremely tight budgets that require value engineering proposals to bring the overall cost back on budget. At the start of 2019, approaching his 10th year at John Weaver Contractors, Ceri was promoted to Associate Director, supporting the Directors at board level with the overall corporate management of the Company and has been promoted again in April 2022 to Commercial Director taking the lead in our commercial contracts.

Ceri has excellent working relationships with all Clients and Subcontractors, and promotes an open book policy on all projects he’s involved with.

Outside of work, Ceri enjoys keeping fit and attends the gym regularly. During his free time, Ceri enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, eating out and visiting various countries on family holidays.
