Alison Rees - Head of Business Development

As Head of Business Development, Alison brings 19 years of construction industry experience across multiple sectors.

Having worked with both SME and Tier One contractors, she has built strong relationships with clients, consultants, local supply chain partners, and key stakeholders.

Alison focuses on developing strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and strengthening client relationships. Known for her agile approach and natural communication skills, she is passionate about creating lasting connections that support business growth and project success.

With a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, Alison works closely with operational and leadership teams to identify new opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions that create long-term value. Her collaborative approach and commitment to customer excellence help ensure the business remains responsive, competitive, and focused on achieving positive outcomes.

Outside of work, Alison volunteers as a Military Mentor, supporting Service Leavers as they transition into civilian careers. She enjoys keeping active at the gym, travelling, attending live concerts, and spending time with her two sons. Alison also supports a number of military charities and events as part of her ongoing commitment to the Armed Forces community.
