Ceri Best - Joint Managing Director (Commercial)

Ceri is our Joint Managing Director and has been part of the John Weaver commercial team since May 2009 and has worked as a Senior QS on many complex and challenging projects.

At the start of 2019, approaching his 10th year at John Weaver Contractors, Ceri was promoted to Associate Director, supporting the Directors at board level with the overall corporate management of the Company and was promoted to Commercial Director in April 2022, taking the lead in our commercial contracts.  In January 2026 he was appointed as Joint Managing Director.

Outside of work, Ceri enjoys keeping fit and attends the gym regularly. During his free time, Ceri enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, eating out and visiting various countries on family holidays.
