Martyn Smith - Senior Estimator

Martyn has over 20 years experience within the construction industry since achieving his BSC Hons in Quantity Surveying when he commenced his career in a private Quantity Surveying Practice prior to joining our company some 13 years ago as an Estimator and Quantity Surveyor. He`s highly motivated, professional and client focused.

Martyn`s expertise extends to value engineering, build ability reviews and co-ordinating supply chains to ensure Projects are delivered to specification and budget. He is a member of The Institute of Value Management. He is familiar with all the various Partnering Contracts our Company has been involved in on the various Construction Framework Contracts.
