Description
Development of existing tennis courts of an old school in Dinas Powys, consisted trench fill foundations, face brickwork and internally plastered blockwork with precast floor planks to intermediate floors. Roof consisted of hot melt on timber joists and fixed to metsec roof members. Internally finished to local health board standards, with IPS panelling, reception desk and consultant fixtures and fittings throughout. Externally paved with tarmacadam and paviour’s. Minimal section104 and section 278 works onto adjoining highways.
