Phases 1 and 2 for complete replacement of roof including new substructure and Welsh slate. Restoration of all masonry, chimneys, parapets, copings and leadwork. Replacement of floor structure - all box frame sash windows were produced by our own bespoke joinery workshops to the south-east and west wings and including the replacement and repairs of all masonry on those elevations.
