Description
Refurbishment and internal remodelling of VoG Civic Offices. (predominantly services lighting, data, mechanical etc)
Works comprised of: Replacement of existing floor finishes; Removal of internal partition walls; Replacement of existing suspended ceilings; All associated re-decoration; Electrical rewire; Installation of new heating system; ICT installations.
The work was undertaken over several phases to allow the staff to decant in between phases.
