Description
The works comprised of the construction of a new single storey extension, alteration and refurbishment of the existing facility including associated external drainage and external works. This includes internal demolition works, modification/remodelling, floor finishes, ceiling finishes, decoration throughout, new MEP services, replacement works of existing roof finishes with a single ply system.
The works will be carried out around a live fire station and it is a Considerate Constructor registered site, receiving 45/45 and a Bronze Award winner at the National CCS Awards.
