A refurbishment of a Grade II listed church currently used as a community centre in Cardiff. Construction works will include internal reconfiguration including upgrade of first floor structure, new platform lift & staircase as well as new partitions and associated finishes. External works include a new access ramp, landscaping, stonemasonry and window guards. Included is a demolition of a 70’s lean-to foyer and replace this with new glazed structure with zinc roof coverings. We will also replace existing flat roof coverings. This is a Considerate Constructor Scheme.
