VC Offices, Cardiff University

The works were split into three distinct areas, within an occupied Grade 1 Listed Building,

• PVC offices – the conversion of existing laboratory spaces into office accommodation and provision of main University Meeting Room, together with a bespoke Reception counter and stonework repairs.
• VC offices – the refurbishment of existing office space including the overhaul and refinishing of existing parquet floor, bespoke book cabinets and new lighting, IT and AV installation.
• Porter’s Lodge – the refurbishment and conversion into office and meeting space, including amendments to the existing joinery screening to meet the new purpose
